is a Haitian-American actress from Miami, Florida who recently graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts specializing in Acting. Karine also graduated with a Bachelor's in Science in Finance and Marketing and went on to acquire an MBA at 22. Karine is currently based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Karine first fell in love with acting nestling in her cramped backyard, developing theatre projects to beg her siblings into performing. From there, their passion grew in the involvement with local professional theatre productions until she began studying at the University of Florida BFA Acting Program, where she received a specialized education on acting technique and theatrical performance. While studying at UF, she became even more involved in community organizing helping to organize local mutual-aid food organization GNV Free Grocery Store before becoming the Volunteer Coordinator in 2022.
Karine Dieuvil has been featured in several award-winning short films including "Finding Spencer Price" directed by Kristina Perez awarded an Award of Excellence at Broadcast Education Association’s Festival of Media Arts, "First Love" directed by Kiera Pomeroy which premiered at the Atlanta Black Film Fest, and starred in YouTube Web-Series "BlackView" as Sydnee, also available on Quibi streaming service, and "Public Policy" as Clarice.
Deeply rooted in Black Feminist and Transformative Justice principles, when Karine is not acting Karine can be found organizing amongst community, or running their creative agency for organization’s with a driven purpose! Karine is fluent in five languages, including English, Spanish, French, German and Haitian Kreyol.
